In the Bremen Colloquium on Political Theory, which takes place weekly at InIIS, contributions from guests and InIIS members as well as discussions of current literature from the field of political theory will alternate.

Particularly noteworthy is the series "Wild Theory". It consists of a series of lectures and workshops on current work in political theory, to which the participants of the colloquium and other interested parties are cordially invited. In loose succession we invite theorists to Bremen, who are in the phase between doctoral thesis and professorship, so that they present their current projects - and hopefully develop them further in exchange with us. Opportunities for this will be provided by a public lecture at the colloquium followed by a workshop. This workshop should serve the productive discussion of the topic by reading and discussing thematically relevant texts and/or own works of the Bremen participants.

Texts (scanned literature and papers of the speakers) will be made available in advance via the mailing list of the colloquium. Alternatively, members of the University of Bremen can register for the study group "Colloquium Political Theory" at StudIP, where the files will also be available.
All interested parties are invited - so feel free to pass on this programme. If you would like to be added to the mailing list, please contact Frieder Vogelmann at frieder.vogelmann@uni-bremen.de. We kindly ask you to register for the workshops in advance (see contact in each case in the programme), at least one week in advance, so that we can integrate all interested parties well.
